After I have located your property and have a sales contract in place, I will advise you on the selection of a team of professionals to assist in the process of insuring the property will meet your requirements and closing the transaction. This includes lenders, inspectors, septic and/or water analysis, surveyors, contractors, government agencies, property title and escrow companies as appropriate and necessary. And I am available.
